Call around people! This company over charges and nickel dimes everyone! I got a deliver of 130 gallons and close to 600(close to 5dollars a gallon) for the delivery (current propane prices at the time were less then $3 a gallon). I got another company 2 new tanks installed (120 gallons each) plus filled and a propane leak fixed for almost $75 less then they charged. This company only cares about lining the big guys pockets! They claim they own my tank even though we bought the house with the tank in 2005 and hadn't used suburban propane at all, for 15 years? But now they own the tank ... The propane was triple the price of competitors. They charge so so many fees. I cannot stand this company. Run away.
I was appalled at your price for fuel. I found it twice the price of neighboring suppliers! We will not renew in the fall...and we still did not receive the price adjustment you promised!!
Came out when they said they would. Service tech was very professional. Would recommend them to everyone.
Terrible customer service and business practices. Tripled my rates on propane from January of this year on my last two deliveries. Said it was due to my usage. My usage has not changed the last two years I’ve been using them. Do not trust suburban and if you’re a customer keep a close eye on your bills.
