I would leave zero stars if I could. 3 appointments to service my fireplace scheduled and 3 no call no shows. After switching to another company, it took 4 months for them to pick up their tank after 6 phone calls to schedule with them to do so.
The customer service rep was very helpful in reducing my bill several hundred dollars. I was very unhappy that Suburban tried to charge me about $3.00 per gallon more than their competition.
As a new customer, they had to do an inspection before a delivery could happen. The inspector (and I wish I could remember his name!) was extremely nice! He was on-time, polite and taught me how to re-light my fireplace pilot light! Propane delivery was done by Ms. Jones. She was great! So nice, on-time and communicative! I’m so happy with Suburban!!
Needed to get my gas filled. Was told they needed to do an inspection first. It snowed the day before my inspection. They canceled all inspections, but did not let me know. I had to call to find out no one was coming that day. I also found out that they wouldn't reschedule me for the next day; that I had to wait 20 more days for the next available inspection appointment. So...
