This company is great. I really like TRAVIS. He came to my house to give me a new gauge and finally got the correct one. He even mentioned that my lid on my tank needed replacing and he’d be glad to do it if he had one and will come by sometime and put one on. They always give me the best price on the Propane when I ask they always give me information on how to take care of my propane logs myself thank you Suburban Propane. The technician I’m speaking of is the one that comes from Currituck.
I've had the BEST experience with Travis Kramer from Suburban Propane. he has been out to my house a few times for propane and tank issues and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working. I assumed he was the owner or manager. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. I have stuck with Suburban propane because of the customer service we've received from Travis. Great people are hard to find!!
We changed to Suburban from another company, better prices and such GREAT customer service! Mike and Marilyn are just two names that come to mind, but every single person I’ve dealt with has been professional and friendly. They’ve gone out of their way to be sure that we receive the best service. I highly recommend them.
Pam was curious and help me with all my propane needs she got all my tanks refilled within the week got my leaking propane tank taken care of thank you Pam
I took the day off from work waiting for them to come reposition the tank, when I didn't see or hear from them by noon I called and was told that I was next on the list. I called again at 5pm but the office was closed. At 8pm the doorbell rings and the guy wants to reposition the tank in the dark. I gave them 3 starts for showing up, but they need to do a beter job of communicating with the waiting customers.
