when I needed service they were there. then when we decided not to proceed with our propane fireplace they were not there! COME PICK UP YOUR PROPANE TANK!!! It's been sitting taking up room for 4 MONTHS!!!
They are trying to charge me $628.79 for bring their tank out to Bainbridge Island and set it up. Wow..How can they build a customer base with these terrible charges..Shop around
They were charging me twice what other companies charged once I checked around. Guess they figure if you lease their tanks they have you by the ..... Check other suppliers prices and buy a tank. I paid for my tank in less than 2 fill-ups and I own it.
