Awful experience. After recent home purchase they just came and shutoff our propane with no prior notice, then took them days to come back out and turn it on (even though they are 5 minutes from us). Received a call to schedule a service they had already completed and was put on hold mid sentence. Such an extremely low bar for basic customer interactions and that can't even reach that. Just awful experience around every corner
The absolute worst company i have ever dealt with in my life. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. We purchased a new home and they had a tank on our property. They broke our door to our deck to access the tank to take off a mechanism to make it inoperable. We had not moved in yet, they never reached out. Horrible service
I have been charged skyrocketing prices for propane delivery. I checked that for the past month, the MA average propane retail price is $3.43, but I was charged $6.99 (almost doubled!!). Tried to contact the customer service but never able to reach the right person via phone or email
Had a leak in our shop. Tech came said there was no leak. Then the guy came to deliver propane because we went through 900 dollars of propane in two weeks and even I knew there was a leak. That delivery guy was cool and locked out our tanks so we didn't blow up our building. However we were told we wouldn’t get a delivery until they fixed it. Low and behold they tried to deliver again.
