This is the worst company I have EVER used. I bought a house in 2019 with a leased underground propane tank. I was told “there’s only three years left on the lease,” assuming I would pay lease for three years and then own it (never having used propane before). 2 years in I called to ask when I would own it exactly because Suburban is charges me DOUBLE what other companies charge! Staff told me I would never own it. My contract states that they can sell the tank in ”certain” situations, they just refuse to do so even though... read more
Terrible timeliness on deliveries. I used to be on the auto delivery until I had to twice call for emergency delivery since I was about to run out. I thought I could fix that by monitoring myself but they still messed that up. I called to schedule on a Wednesday in the morning and was told it would be delivered within 7 days. Eight days later I called back to find that they messed up the submission of the order so now I need to restrict my usage to avoid running out again. I hope they show up soon!!
Absolute worst company practices I’ve ever dealt with. I would’ve given 0 stars if I could. I’ve been a customer with them for over 2 years now and recently I was told setting up automatic payments would avoid any late fees, not only was I lied to about that but now my account has been terminated and I’ve been sent to collections which has affected my credit.
