Ronnie came and set a tank for us. He did a great job getting it into a relatively tight spot. Very thorough leak check and function check of our New gas fireplace. I would definitely work with him again
Setting up the account was flawless. Everyone I spoke with were helpful and informative. The mandatory gas check that was scheduled was not worth it, they should have just charged an additional $ 150 to the setup? The person checking never turned on anything (oven, fireplace or grill) he just looked at my outside meter, which I already knew.
I appreciate the online capabilities for ordering refills, and monthly bill pay. The technicians have been very professional and prompt.
They are very expensive. We have a generator that uses propane, although the generator didn’t use and still full suburban still come and charge service fees + tank rental .
