I'm sick and tired of Suburban Propane. The administration that works there is not kind and the expenses they tack on the bill are outrageous. $9.92 for "safety P&T fee" and $4.39 for transportation (from a mile away)... ok, so let me get this right: you're asking me to pay line item by line item for your cost of doing business? Why not have an "office administration fee" or a "light bill fee" or "postage stamp fee"??? The issue is that they can't compete on a straight basis.
