If I could give a zero, I would. My boyfriend dropped our tank off to be recertified around 10:30 am, one worker told him he could pick it up after 1 pm, the other told him they would call him around 4 pm when it was done. By 4:15 we hadn't heard anything back, tried calling numerous times, and sat on hold for at least 10 minutes each time before hanging up, decided to drive down there.
