The little things matter. I appreciated Dr. Long's patience, willingness to listen, and expertise. He and his staff run like a well oiled machine. It was a very small and quick procedure, but big for me, since I have only been under the scapel a few times in my entire life. Honestly, it was almost entirely pain free. And I will embarrassly admit I was more nervous about having the stitches removed...needlessly.

Dr. Charles Long performed my breast reconstruction following a mastectomy, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I’m 2 weeks post breast reduction op, I did my research because I wanted to make sure I find a good surgeon and I found Dr long and his team, honestly it has been a good experience, the results so far are good and they are very responsive and straightforward if you have any questions. Overall everything has been smooth and I have no complaints.

Dr. Long, Josephine, and Amy made me feel welcome and comfortable right away. They explained everything with detail about my procedure which removed most of the stress that comes with any medical situation.
