My son had a seizure and needed to make a follow up appt. I was told by the office manager, LIZ, that I couldn't get him in for over 2 months and that it was "hospital protocol" to tell the patient to make a follow up appt. I work at a hospital. He needs to see the neurologist after his EEG, which he had. I tried to explain this to her but instead of listening, she talked over me and then hung up on me. I will not be taking me son there. And one star is too high of a rating. I'm not done with this complaint.
