Aside from the friendly front desk staff I don't have anything positive to say about my experience today at the Williamsville location. Recently my dog ate my retainer and I went and got fitted for a new one last week, today was the day I picked it up. After Dr. Tibbetts 'fitted' it to my mouth I began to express a concern about it not fitting properly. Before I could even finish saying what I wanted to say he cut me off by saying "that is how they are supposed to fit now". I'm sorry but I'm almost positive when I bite down ... read more
