My experience with Dr. Jones and his staff was the worst I’ve had at a doctors office in 20+ years. His front office staff is rude and unprofessional, his X ray tech forced me into X-rays that I didn’t sign off on, and it’s clear that Dr. Jones himself is only in it for the money as he has very little time or patience for his patients. His predecessor Dr. Tibbets would be extremely disappointed with the way the practice has turned out.
Dr Jones and his staff is the best orthodontist in Western NY. They really treat me like family.
THEY ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO!! I love my braces…
