Took my 88 yr old mother here who's had a cpap machine for yrs, I was told she didn't "qualify " ! After a yr of her getting more confused daily, I found a used machine, she is like a new woman! The only people who don't qualify, is the person who did her test!!! All I can say is document the hell out of this place if you use it, because I have a feeling, I'm not the only one dissatisfied
