Constantly changing management, a lack of communication, and inconsistent rule enforcement. Some guy has his kids in the street constantly unsupervised. Like 4 year olds. Some people's yards are a mess and nothing is said to them. Some people put a chair in their yard and management threatens fines.
It's cool
I moved in here about 4 months ago after not being able to find a place that I truly loved and that allowed my pets. The people in this community are always willing to help each other out, the staff and maintenance guy know everyone by name, and are always able to give a timely response. This community is very welcoming and friendly for everyone.
