Areas in the park flood. Manager over charges, what is allowed by law for late fees and maintenance fees/fines. Manager sells homes without titles which is not allowed by law. The city and county will not enforce anything to do with the flooding at this time...I have been living here for four years and have been trying to get someone to act on this for the past two years. http://debbie.cf/flooding/
