I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Very quick and effective services. I like facilities providing quick appointments. Pretty much all other necessary stuffs like lab work, x-rays etc., also available here. Friendly staff.
The billing department is scamming people. I feel like suing them for sending false billing emails. I have paid my bills for the services and am still receiving bills from them. I stopped going there in April 2025, and they have increased the charges without providing any services or tests.
I had an excellent experience with my doctor and truly appreciate the level of care I received.
