9/25: Revisited this office for my grandma's 3 month f/u for her bloodwork. The doctor still did not acknowledge any of her concerns and kept pressuring her to take a new diabetic medication instead of metformin. This made my grandma stressed out. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Had an appointment with a specific doctor, they switched it last minute without notice. Gave a prescription for two medicines (high BP, and anxiety... Obviously needed more than just one month) and refused to provide refills to Walgreens, or return our phone calls. Got an echocardiogram and doctor would not return our phone calls for 5 months.
