This place has really gone downhill. The waiting room isn’t clean, and the wait times are ridiculous. The new medical assistant they have is awful. She doesn’t seem to understand anything and has to leave the room multiple times to ask someone. Every question you ask her is met with, “um well um, I don’t know”. I had an appointment at 9:30 for a simple blood draw. They didn’t call me back until 10:15, and there was only one other person there. The phlebotomist there is wonderful though.
