Melissa went above and beyond for me when I brought my car in to be checked out. Phenomenal service from start to finish and she really worked to make sure everything was taken care of. If she is representative of Troy Mazda as a whole I know I won’t need to go anywhere else!
I was emailed a promo of a 49.99 — Normally 89.95 for an oil change. I read the fine print which clearly states synthetic oil is extra, which I 100% understood. I showed the promo and asked for synthetic oil, explaining that I understand it is extra, which the technician understood as well and said the promo will be 40 dollars off regardless. Staff is very friendly, I especially enjoyed my interaction with Mel. They didn’t charge me for oil change because I was waiting longer than expected. What a nice surprise! The only recommendation is to be more clear about making appointments. I was told I didn’t need one to change my tire. I came the next day early in the morning to drop off my car, and they didn’t have availability, so I scheduled an appointment for another day. Overall, good experience, thank you for your service!
