I was a Toyota person for the majority of my driving life until we bought our first Mazda in 2013. Dealership and service and both our vehicles have been exceptional.
Melissa went above and beyond for me when I brought my car in to be checked out. Phenomenal service from start to finish and she really worked to make sure everything was taken care of. If she is representative of Troy Mazda as a whole I know I won’t need to go anywhere else!
I was emailed a promo of a 49.99 — Normally 89.95 for an oil change. I read the fine print which clearly states synthetic oil is extra, which I 100% understood. I showed the promo and asked for synthetic oil, explaining that I understand it is extra, which the technician understood as well and said the promo will be 40 dollars off regardless.
