I got a mazda cx-50 and got hit by a deer on the same day! I did request the Brighton Mazda and they said they will help me. The problem here is the part is 50$ and this showroom quoted a 1800$ for nothing! Not recommendable

Multiple attempts to sell unneeded service across several visits — make sure you arrive informed on the service your vehicle does and does not need. Very nice lobby and show room for waiting. Easy to schedule service.
I frequent this dealer and service location all the time. It's literally been the only place that I have taken to. The cost of the repair for 2 belts ( a tension belt being the most expensive) and to replace 1 battery in a cx5 was $1,338. Which means I paid just about $700 on labor costs. That is beyond ridiculous. The man called and said I needed the belt replaced and the battery just to get the car on the road after the belt from the alternator failed performance (which is cool it's not a performance vehicle, but tell the ... read more
