Appointment was on time .staff very friendly.
Fairview Staff neglected to ensure prompt submission of my insurance information to their third party radiology provider Midwest radiology as well as Midwest radiology’s medical claims submitting organization ZOTEC. I’ve provided this information 3x over the past 90 days and yet no claims have been properly submitted or filed- their online claims system is flawed and manual submission was required- huge waste of time and energy
I agree with all the reviews that complain about their billing practices. I am in nightmare mode as I can't get anyone to explain why I received a bill outside the medical system I used. I have never in my 15 years of using Fairview have I received a bill from an outside contractor. Medicare gave me the name and phone number of the Dr that signed the reading of my scan and it is a non working number. BTW, I had the same test a year ago for the same reason at the U of M and all was covered. Stay away from anything at Southdal... read more
