From Bobby in sales to the techs to the front office staff I only had great interactions. I had them replace 2 of my AC units after one died in the middle of a heatwave this summer. They gave me all sorts of options and did not pressure me. I would go with Suburvan anytime!
Had someone come down to quote me on new ac/heat pump system about 6 weeks ago. Never got it so take it that they don’t want my business. Update: Thank you for your update. Paul called at 4pm and 401pm but never received a quote. Have gone elsewhere. Thank You
Christina came to install a part. She was amazing. So knowledgeable with incredible customer service. She was fast installing the part but went above and beyond with making sure not only the unit was working but that she cleaned up impeccably. Truly a blessing that she was our tech today.
On a very hot day we were able to get same day repair for our AC, which was a pleasant surprise! The technician was patient with questions, and we are happy with the service. We will continue to use Suburban.
Very unresponsive. After two reschedules, someone came out to take a look at a new AC install. We did not receive a proposal despite calls and texts and promises of follow-up. The wait for a quote-- which never came--delayed out project. There are several other businesses with fast, responsive customer service-- go with those!
