Had a great experience on a Tuesday morning. Got referred for peritonsilar abscess on my right tonsil and got immediately triaged, tested appropriately, and moved inside to a care station. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Bringing me an extra blanket when I was warm, monitoring my pain levels, and communicating along each step. I had to wait a while for my ENT specialist to do the procedure, but waiting for an appointment with a specialist otherwise would not have been a same day endeavor. Is it excelent clean rooms the nurses so happy when asist patients
Both of my arms are bruised—they tried six times and still couldn’t find a vein. Asking me “Why are you so stressed?” I was extremely dizzy, yet they kept me upright in a chair for nearly two hours! Would you like it to sound more formal, emotional, or sarcastic?
