I hate to give a local company a bad review but Suburban deserves one. They have been maintaining our lawn (zoysia grass) for several years and our lawn has gone from green and lush to almost none existent. The only service that they kept up with is the cutting, which they did weekly even when it didn't need it. Last year, the owner told us that we needed to aerate our lawn and we agreed with him but he never did it and in the fall when we contacted him he said that we were past the time to perform the aeration.
