I have been a loyal customer of Suburban Hearing Aid Center for over 10 years, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I’ve received. Steven Grant is always incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding of my individual needs. He consistently returns my calls promptly and truly cares about my satisfaction. Too bad that I can't rate them a zero !I drove 45 minutes each way through rush hour traffic. When I finally got there STEVEN said since he didn't sell me the hearing aids that he wouldn't adjust them. that a In my opinion that was the rudest experience that a business man could possibly do to a paying customer. If you didn't buy your aids from him AVOID using Suburban hearing center. Also He raised his visitation prices to $65 .I'll never let someone be so belligerent to me and I advise everyone to follow my lead !

Can't say enough good things about Stephen Grant who owns & runs this Center, and serves his patients so diligently. As a relatively young man who didn't want (but clearly needed) hearing instruments, I have not been the easiest patient. And yet, Mr. Grant has been patient, professional, knowledgeable and yes kind . . . in his work to: 1st, make sure I was fitted with the best instrument (with an amazing array of features!) at a fair price, and 2nd, work with me tirelessly during the "adjustment period" so I would learn how ... read more
