Staff was friendly. Was told they could color and highlight (dirty blonde) previously colored brownish red to blonde with highlights. Three hours and $185 dollars later regrowth was yellow and the rest bright orange-blonde. It was insulting to be charged so much when repeatedly told that the results were what was to be expected and the stylist had done the process correctly. You would have to see it to believe it. Would NOT recommend this Hair Designer to any one I cared about.
