It's the Little Things The first time I did business with Suburban Glass was in the mid-80s, and have done so twice over this past year. A couple of weeks ago I needed to mount a 250.00 mirror I had them custom cut for me and needed a specific type of glue known as "Mastik," specially made for mirror coating. Have multiple (9) window panels that with failed gaskets, rendering the glass streaked and horrible - cannot be cleaned off. Have been bringing them one or two at a time to suburban for repair over the last few years. Had a situation where I mistakenly thought a suburban repair had failed, but in actuality it had not been repaired to begin with. It's nice to have some to answer the phone but I will not buy from them
Had a table top replaced, and glass sliders installed in the guest bathroom. Frank in the Ridgewood office was a pleasure to deal with, the work was flawless, and the installation was seamless. The staff at Suburban was always responsive and professional. Thank you to Ulrich Inc. for recommending Suburban. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find this type of professionalism nowadays.
