I needed a custom glass door for a new bathroom shower that I remodeled. Ray from Suburban glass provided 4 models to quote from. I choose the most expensive model with the thickest glass. Ray said he couldn't install that model. So I chose the 2000$ door. I was expecting a custom door, but when they came to install the door it was a different model than I agreed to in the original quote, but it was too late the door was installed. Asked for quote for a glass insert with beveled edges picked up glass was wrong size and not beveled took it back they wanted extra to beveled as they quoted me wrong. Canceled my order . Price would have still been fine but it was their mistake and I had to drive out there 2 times and I was specific in what I needed.
