Jen, Maureen, Trish, and Amy Patel are an amazing crew! They are friendly, responsive, and we look forward to every visit. We are so happy to have them taking care of my parents!
All staff is excellent and super nice.
My mother was assigned to this practice when she moved to Providence Place assisted living over two years ago. ( I am her POA and health care agent) Although I am very pleased with the nurse practitioners and medical assistants who handle the routine visits, I'm afraid I can't say that for the Doctors in the practice. The only 2 times in 2 1/2 years that I requested to speak with her assigned physician MD/DO , (The latter due to a likely misdiagnosis). I was new to the practice. I’m of the first things I was told was that, at 65, I should start seeing a cardiologist. I did. Long story short, I’m 18 months out from triple bypass surgery! Had I not been sent to a cardiologist, my first symptom very well could have been a fatal heart attack! I’m extremely grateful to Suburban Geriatrics, for - quite literally - giving me more time!
My mom’s assisted living assigned this group. I have been calling for 2 days, requesting her doctor to call me regarding questions I have as her guardian and POA. Still nothing and it’s now the weekend. Just awful that I can’t get any answers to my questions regarding her health. They do not communicate with me, ever! How can you advocate for your loved one without communication? What kind of practice does that? Stay away if you can.
