Showed up for a colonoscopy, said stool wasn't clear enough without seeing stool, canceled procedure.
Horrible experiences every time I go in to Naperville location. They don't listen. Their office staff is a joke. Call you last minute to tell you that you need to prepay your entire deductible before a procedure you've been waiting months for. These people don't care about your health or you. Avoid.
