Apartment have not been updated since the foundation was laid. We did had a laundry facility; but washer broken and Rental Property don’t want to replace. We have to go to apartment next door to deposit our trash. No trash pick up at our this apartment. I could say more, but have to be careful with my words. Not worth they are asking for in rent…you are paying for location. The only thing I can say good about this Rental…the Maintenance Man is awesome. I am a current Tenant.
