Tried to schedule a tire rotation, but I get sent through a bunch of automated systems only to end up with a virtual chat bot to explain what I want done, before I have to talk to a human and explain the exact same shit to a human about. All I want to do is talk to a human about it and I have to deal with this shit for 3 minutes. Not giving them anymore business and going to somewhere without a stupid chatbot. Getting my car fixed shouldn't be more difficult than calling Comcast for internet problems.
Terrible experience with Service. They took my car for simple repair on Thursday and did not return my calls, until Monday, when they said they don’t know what’s wrong with it. So I asked to call back at the end of the day to make decisions if to take the car or leave it for longer, but again no one called back. Here we are Monday afternoon, no car, no calls.
I TRUST SUBURBAN FORD OF TROY. Every staff member I come across when needing service are terrfic at Suburban Ford of Troy. Had at-home recall repairs done at a time I couldn't get to shop. Then a tire was slowly deflating and needed a checkup before road trip. They got me in immediately. Found a nail in tire and fixed it. Shout out to HOLLY SINTA and JACOB GRACE for the past two visits as well as the service dept. team I don't see who are performing excellent service. Got an issue? Go here.
