I TRUST SUBURBAN FORD OF TROY. Every staff member I come across when needing service are terrfic at Suburban Ford of Troy. Had at-home recall repairs done at a time I couldn't get to shop. Then a tire was slowly deflating and needed a checkup before road trip. They got me in immediately. Found a nail in tire and fixed it. Shout out to HOLLY SINTA and JACOB GRACE for the past two visits as well as the service dept. team I don't see who are performing excellent service. Got an issue? Go here.

Service was quick but I was disappointed with some of the results with their package deals. They neglected to check all fluid levels so on the way home I had to stop and buy windshield fluid so I could clean my windshield. Plus seats are never placed back into their original position so I nearly crunched myself getting into my car.
