I’ve consistently had unacceptable experiences every time I’ve brought my truck in for service. From waiting over four hours for a simple oil change, to being supplied the wrong tire, to my most recent issue — the level of negligence is astounding. Most recently, I brought the vehicle in on a Friday because the battery was dying. I was incorrectly told the battery was out of warranty.
