They do not care if you are not happy with their work. They do not take responsibility for how the floor looks. The owner Bill is an absolute nightmare to deal with. He won’t come out to look at the problem, he just wants you to pay up. He throws in issues going on in his family that are very personal. We had a terrible experience with Abbey Carpet. We were prepared to give them several elements of our kitchen remodel, but after the initial visit to our home by their senior sales rep, he was never able to get any technical staff out to look at our work. We were very flexible with our dates and even gave him a couple months due to summer vacations and holidays. He would call every 2 weeks and tell us he's still trying to set something up.
