I had deep concerns with the quality of my fence install. I had pickets falling off and it would sway in the wind terribly. I was deeply disappointed. When I reached out they were more than willing to come out and redo the install. This is why they get 5 stars from me. Being in the industry myself I know what matters more than the sale, install, or (in some cases) product is the after care. Things happen and that’s okay when you’re willing to make it right. Suburban Fence is by far THE best fencing contractors! From start to finish, Dan and his team are great to work with… they do fantastic work at a reasonable price… unlike many contractors today they are VERY reliable! They show up when promised and get the job done! I use them for both home and my business needs and give them my highest recommendation to anyone who needs fencing!
I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for someone to contact me for an estimate. I made several calls to remind them. However if they lack the care to simply call me back I wouldn’t trust them to install a fence.
