My family has been coming here for forever. Dr. Ortolano is truly the best and all the staff are so great.
horrible practice… came here during pregnancy for a cavity as I was in so much pain. (I expressed this over the phone) Was told they couldn’t do anything about it cuz I was pregnant and I had to wait till I gave birth. Then charged me $130 (illegally bc I have Medicaid and in New York, If you don’t take Medicaid you cannot accept out of pocket payments) for nothing. Didn’t give me a cleaning , or help my urgent pain issue. Went to a new dentist, they took care of my cavity no problem. They just want your money, watch out for... read more
