I definitely wouldn't call them my family been dealing with **** since July 2023 we have problems with the siding call **** and we get told for weeks ill have my site manager **** out there to get this button up and still nothing, **** would say **** my site manager will be there on this date and we get a no call no show then I would ask **** if **** doesn't show what would you like me to do call or text me (****) so I did for a week straight and you wouldn't guess what **** does he ghost my phone and my text messages so if ... read more
My House was hit by hail and I experienced damage to my shingles, windows and siding. While at my part time job, A coworker who also worked for Suburban Exteriors came to my house and showed me all of the damage I had and that a claim could be submitted. I filed a claim and had issues right from the get go with Suburban Exteriors. I should have went with another company but never the less, had to learn the hard way. The information provided by this customer is only partially true. To start off the customer received 30k in work to his house for half the price because he didn't want to pay the difference. We still provided him the very best service and Products for his property. The client continued to ask for more and more without wanting to pay for any of it.
