This place is dirty and the water has lead in it and it's nasty my friend lives there and they have people in there getting by with subletting and the owner has to know it and drugs too. This place needs too switch over too city water my friend lives in there and the filters that go too there water softener is always full of rust. The filter's are $71.00 the salt too is $5.64 for 6 bags is almost $40 and repairs for Culligan is higher than that switch it too city water. You need too start checking people who move in there also people need too quit moving in on people subletting. Any other landlord would not put up with that people would get evicted.
