I’ve been going to Suburban Endocrinologist in Arlington Heights for a few years the Doctors are very good the Nurse Practitioner is very knowledgeable and very helpful the Staff and Nurses are terrible the Nurses don’t listen it took me 3 months to get the Nurse to admit I was completely correct and the information they got from an associate was not correct I left to find people that listen to the patient.
My appointment was at 12pm I understand they have a 15 minutes late policy. I got here at 12:14 and the lady at the counter was talking to another women who wasn’t even making an appointment and was just chatting to chat. She ignores me till 12:16 then asks my name and says you’re late and will ask the doctor if they will still see me. She comes back and says the doctor is on lunch now and won’t see me and I’ll have to reschedule. They never pick up the phone, never answer messages through the portal, no call back ever, and the staff is incredibly awful and the reviews I see are 100% accurate if you plan on using this or insurance sends you here ask for a different place this place is awful!
I had an appointment at Suburban Endocrinology today, July 8, 2025. I thought the front desk staff, Donna in billing, and Carla, my nurse practitioner were wonderful. They were helpful, kind and organized. I am very appreciative for them! When I went to get blood work down the hall, the staff were totally nice too; and very organized.
