While I am sure Dr. Chan is qualified, his bedside manner and his inability to communicate and look you in the eye when speaking is severely lacking. This office REFUSES to see transgender people. Because it goes against god to be trans, I guess. Imagine if a medical practice refused any other minority group, that would make the news. But they get away with this.
My husband loves Dr Ilyas. Can’t say the same regarding his nurse. Called over 48 hours ago. Was to get a call back within that time frame. His diabetic numbers are off the chart while under going chemotherapy. Waiting to hear if we should increase or decrease insulin. This is important and should be quickly addressed.
This has almost been the worst experience I’ve had so far. I went for an appointment and they told me to get a ACTH stimulation test. And I did what they said and showed up to find out they never sent in the order. Called back and told me they were doing it now and they would let me know before the end of the day. They did not. So I called the next morning and they said everything was fine and I was good to go through insurance.
