I have been coming here to see a specialist since 2020 and at first I thought I hit the jackpot! Friendly front desk staff, schedulers, doctors, and lab techs. Unfortunately, the service and degree of care has slowly, but surely declined over the past 5 years. At this point it's become almost impossible to have an appointment with my actual doctor! Have only been there once and already having issues with scheduling staff. The first time I went, around the end of October, everything went fine. I love my CNP Irene Borokov. She was lovely, that nurse that help me to her office, lovely. Soon as I get to the front desk to schedule my appointment the rep there helped me schedule my appointment. I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with the front desk staff at this office, despite having looked forward to my endocrinology appointment for weeks. I scheduled my appointment about 1 months in advance.
