We used the on the go Lite system for my father. The service was excellent. SUBURBAN came to the house to set every thing up and tested the system to make sure it was working properly. The salesperson was very helpful and easy to work with. Not pushy like other companies that we where considering. I highly recommend them to any body looking for an alert device.
So a week ago my outlet behind my oven started a mini fire that left me with a melted outlet and semi melted oven plug in (for lack of technical terms). I called Suburban Enterprises on Friday and spoke to Ben who was able to schedule me for Monday at 7 am. I was super pleased. I mean I had already gone awhile without my oven what was a few more days? Really I didnt mind the wait i was just happy he could get me schedule at all. Well Monday came and Andy was my technician.
