The billing department is extremely disappointing. They keep a card on file and charge it without providing a detailed bill. They rarely answer phone calls, making it difficult to get any clarification or support. On top of that, there is no option to update or change the card on file.
My child started seeing Dr. Wittkopf when he was only three years old for hearing loss. She’s helped us all these years to deal with infections and surgeries. She’s absolutely wonderful. Today we were in Wisconsin when our son started crying about another ear infection. We called the office and were put through right away to Dr. Ho. Within 30 minutes we had a prescription waiting for us at the nearest town from our campground. It was such a relief during a stressful time.
Was no help. Waste of $200 and 3 months of messed up intestines from wrongfully prescribed antibiotics that didn't help me.
