The staff is very friendly and professional. My Hygienist Leila was so thorough and friendly.
I have visited Dr. Sang Cho’s office twice, and I have been very impressed with the experience. His team is young, professional, and everyone is consistently polite, friendly, and kind. The office is modern, well-organized, and exceptionally clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. From the front desk to the tech and hygienist, they all are so very kind and competent, this was my first visit and I felt totally confident, my hygienist whose name I don't remember (big tattoos in right arm), she was the best I ever had doing a cleanup Dr. Cho is extremely trustworthy I will stay in this practice
At the end they told me that there was a $45 charge because fluoride wasnt covered by my insurance but they never said anything!!! I complained and the receptionist told me that the people should've let me know...seems like they are just scamming to get ever last dollar out of people. Like seriously they walked in and said "okay we are going to put fluoride on next" and didn't even make it seem like it was an option to opt out of. kinda pissed and don't think I'll be going back due to the lack of transparency.
