Honestly, I usually hate going to the dentist, but I think I just found my go to spot. Dr. Cho and his team were super chill and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The front desk broke everything down for me treatment plan, insurance stuff, co-pays so I actually understood it all. Overall, really awesome experience.
I saw Mike’s review about being charged $100 for being 12 minutes late, and I can relate to the frustration—except in my case, the roles were REVERSED.. In April, my appointment was canceled by their office on the same day, and I had to wait two months until for my cleaning. When I finally came in, I still had to wait almost 40 minutes before being seen. Dr. Cho was very awesome and sweet! The front desk was very awesome and helped me understand my insurance benefits. i highly recommend anyone who has dental anxiety because they make you feel so comfortable and welcome.
