Account Rep, John Formisano helped me out of a jam today! I thought my dumpster would be picked up after giving the code to the company but I had called the wrong place. John went out of his way in the snow to ensure his company and drivers had the correct code to access the dumpster. Great follow up!

The drivers and helpers are amazing. But Timmy should receive a demotion for how terrible he treats his employees they deserve respect as hard of a job they have. They shouldn’t be sent home for being 4 minutes late. Oh and if they work over a year a union is a must but it’s not!!!! Very disrespectful
