Absolutely terrible return experience. Terrible customer service and communication. Would never work with this company again and will make sure all of my friends and clients are aware as well. After renting for 2 weeks and driving 3200 miles, the windshield had a small chip in it (and another that was already filled). I specifically requested that I be given the opportunity to allow my insurance to repair as they require the renter to have their own insurance which is also specifically listed on the contract. The customer service is FANTASTIC, and the business really fills a niche by providing luxury transportation for mid-size groups (and the option to rent it yourself or hire a driver). Very easy to work with, and both the van rental and our driver were very impressive! I recommend them without hesitation!

Absolutely hands down best company to rent from. Their service is incredible. Chester and Deb are the best in the business. An experience like none other. I have tried the rest, for now on I put my money on Suburban luxury car rental. The Corvette was a dream rental come TRUE.
