I feel so sorry for anyone who actually puchased a dress from Suburban. They are a risky proposition because they don't take responsibility for any m istakes they make ie ordering wrong colors/ sizes/alterations. They are mean and rude and unprofessional. Shopping for a wedding or bridesmaid dress should be enjoyable and a happy experience. Not a stressful and devasting experience. After the sale, they could care less what happens to your purchase. Don't waste your money at this store. The alteration person did a horrible job on my daughters wedding dress. When I complained they said the alterations are seperate from their store. Then I showed the problem to the seamstress and all she had to say was she was sorry. The staff at the store were helpful and kind but they should take some responsibility for the alterations since they are in the same building. Think twice about getting alterations done at this store!!!!
