PLEASE READ and save yourself time I had been seeing this psychiatrist for a while, but I was suddenly terminated with a letter saying they could no longer serve me . They tried to use “not following policies” as an excuse to dismiss me, but never addressed how I was spoken to. They really should monitor their calls for quality assurance . I was referred to Hailey Richter by my therapist & have been seeing her for a good year now. She is so kind and knowledgeable, & I appreciate the time she takes to listen. I've done both in person & telehealth appointments. They are both great & easily accessible.
