Horrible experience, do not shop here. No communication or any updates for 3 weeks and then they just canceled my order. Took two weeks for them to return my money
Is this a real auto parts store? I would give them o stars. Ordered a part for my mercedes and paid with a credit card. Same day later I get email from them telling me "we having trouble verifying your order we need a valid photo id and utility bill". I mailed them emailed back with utility bill. 3 days later I get email we have cancelled your order and process a refund $....00." Deadbeats could have called if they have any issues with my credit card which I have never had any retail vendor ask for additional information to ... read more
On time delivery for most part
Suburban Auto is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Any of there dealerships reps have horrible customer service skills. Not one of them seem to have any knowledge of what position they are in. They are lousy, very lousy. I wouldn’t care as much if it was a one time incident but, it obviously wasn’t. Do not waste your time with Suburban auto.
