Five-Star Hood Repair Experience! Suburban Auto Center made my damaged car hood repair completely stress-free. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Tarsha was especially helpful—professional, friendly, and made everything painless. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful. Highly recommend!
The customer service and the quality of the work was amazing. We always expect car repairs to be a hassle, and especially when trying to fit this into our busy schedules. Tarsha Baptiste at Suburban made the whole process easy to schedule and easy to understand, and the drop-off and pick-up were quick and efficient. They are right next to Enterprise, so the repair and car rental became a convenient one-stop experience.
I had a great experience at Suburban Village. Gary and his team were extremely helpful and responsive when my car had to get repaired. They were able to get in direct contact with my insurance company and even asked the adjuster to come back to make sure that all of the correct parts were recorded and then ordered. My rental car was able to get picked up/dropped off right around the corner which made the whole process seamless. My car looks better than ever and I would highly recommend their shop! Garry was incredibly great to work with and helped us out with some repairs, lined everything up, dealt with all the paperwork from the insurance company to the adjuster.
