Our upright freezer did not appear to be working, so I quickly Googled “appliance repair” and Suburban Appliance Repair popped up. I explained the issue we were having and, much to my surprise, I was told that he would be at my house in about 15 minutes. This was at 5:30 PM on a Thursday night.
