While the staff were friendly, I ended up having a horrible experience here and no answers. I was told that for allergy testing I would need to be off of any anti histamine for a week minimum and that testing was still not guaranteed. I stayed off and was tested by skin. I got no results. I told the very chipper doctor about my bad living conditions that were hazardous to my health which is why I was there. Needed an allergy test. Stated that I have sensitive skin, a skin graph test would not be accurate, and requested a blood test. Was denied a blood test and told that a skin graph test would be done instead due to doctor's recommendation. After the exam I was told "yeah, wow, it's hard to tell a difference between the control and the rest of the test. You're probably still allergic to these items though." and then was fully charged for the visit with no clear answer on my results.

Some people are leaving reviews that the front desk lady is "rude." I could see that, but I think see is just handling customers as business as usual. It's just her job and I think this place gets a lot of volume so they need to deal with customers quickly so they can answer calls and attend to others. It does not take away from the care they give, in my opinion. the doctors and nurses really know their stuff and can answer any question you have.
