the best there is – We have worked with Subtle for 10 years and they are awesome. Hands down the best supplier in the printing industry. We have processed hundreds of orders. Great Job.
Very Poor Customer Service – They are great at promising you the world to get the jobs into their plant..but then you are stack with the others and you suffer very slow turn time. The work is average to below average. Certainly not what you are paying for, especially if you are using their Bobst for large format sheets. Look into alternatives, the increase in freight to someplace like Atlanta is well worth it. This is not a review left without experience. We have been burned for the last time with this group.
